ABOUT THIS LIVE SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Join Tania Gold for a LIVE weekly sound bath, meditation and community check in. 


Sign up each week for a healing and community experience. Take an inward journey through guided meditation and sound; being transported into a place of openness and insight. Then float deeper into relaxation by being “bathed” in the vibration of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and more. You will be left feeling a sense of wholeness and connectedness as you dive into deeper states of consciousness.

Meet Tania Gold

Tania Gold, is the founder of Sacred Space Meditation. 

She is a lifelong meditator, whch gives her an unshakable sense of spirit.

In 2017 she felt the calling to open Sacred Space Meditation in Tenafly NJ, not only for herself but for others to feel a sense of community and connection as they integrate meditation and spirituality into their lives.  

Tania guides daily meditation and sound baths, as well as special events, workshops and private sound healing. Through her work she has seen profound change in people’s lives.
